At 11am every Sunday until 28 March 21, Riverbank Estate Winery owners, the Lembo family, will welcome you, your family, and your friends to a feast of Italian Street Foods.

No need to book. Just bring a blanket or folding chair and relax on the lush lawn overlooking the 30-year-old vineyard.

Select your food from the al fresco cooking stations and accompany it with your choice of Perth’s Riverbank’s award-winning wines, Vermentino, Prosecco or Tempranillo. Complete your Italian feast with a sundae from the Italian Gelato Cart.

While food is the hero of the day, the children will love the garden games as you enjoy the live music. This really is a day for all the family including your furry child; there’s a dog-friendly dining area under the vines.

Vikings Exhibition

Warriors of the North, Giants of the Sea

If you are curious about the Vikings, visit the WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle where the story of the Vikings’ seafaring prowess, their conquests, plunder, crafts, and trade unfolds in a rare, exclusive exhibition.

The exhibition, Vikings:Warriors of the North, Giants of the Sea is the largest collection of Viking artifacts ever displayed in WA. You will see more than 140 authentic items dated between 750 and 1100 CE: preserved Viking weaponry, jewellery, ceremonial and religious artefacts, tools, ancient currency, and reconstructed portions of Viking ships.

Vikings:Warriors of the North, Giants of the Sea is running until 16 May 21, at The WA Maritime Museum, Victoria Quay, Fremantle. Open from 9.30am to 5pm every day.
