We guarantee a fixed price contract with no hidden costs. This means that after we present your final quote and amended with the discussed changes and updated your personal requirements, we will sign off on the design and get ready to renovate. The cost is your final number and there are no nasty surprises, unless there is any variations plus or minus that may have incurred throughout your renovation.

Depending on the size of your bathroom and the extent of the renovation, expect your bathroom to be complete anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks. With a multitude of different trades and suppliers to coordinate, effective project management is critical in delivering a renovation on plan, on time and on budget.

We aspire to provide you with the best quality and a long lasting bathroom and we would rather take the extra time where needed to maintain our high quality standards then complete your renovation in the shortest amount of time.

Smart Style Bathrooms offer a realistic 3D design of your new bathroom during our quoting process, designed and developed by our Interior Designers. There is simply no better way to plan your new bathroom then to have it designed by an Interior Designer and presented to you in a 3D realistic image. You won’t have to rely on your imagination to visualise your new bathroom. It also allows you to assess different options and make adjustments if needed.

At Smart Style we provide you with an in-home design consultation with our Interior Designers to help you select your fixtures and fittings. This includes tiles, tapware, vanity, bath, shower, lighting and accessories, the whole lot. This process allows us to source many products and ranges available, making us unique. As some businesses will give you a list of preferred suppliers for you to visit or they might have a showroom that makes you choose from a very limited selection. By providing our Clients with an in-home design consultation, we take the hassle out of driving to showrooms all over Perth, which can be an overwhelming experience. Our Interior Designers will also help you decide what features and colours will complement the rest of you home and create a unique style just for you.

Our work is fully guaranteed. Once the renovation is complete and we’ve signed off on the final inspection, you will be presented with 10 year waterproofing and 6 year workmanship warranties. We back all manufacturer’s warranties of products we’ve installed with our labour warranty.

Once our quote has been accepted, we will assign your job to our Interior Designer, who will be your initial point of contact. They will gather the team up and work with you to commence on an agreeable date.

Yes, we are fully licensed. You’re in safe hands with all of our own qualified tradesmen holding police clearances and Workplace Health and Safety Certifications, as well as relevant up to date trade certifications. Your supervisor will maintain communication and answer any questions you have, and you’ll find your hardworking team is also friendly, clean and tidy.

Yes, our skilled tradesmen are adept in working in small spaces.

There are certain permissions we will be required to get, such as Strata Management approval and working within agreed hours (particularly if it’s a multi-story complex), as renovating a bathroom can be noisy.
